Their team did everything as promised. Communication was excellent, but 3 site inspections was a little much. Maybe combine the last two. Core title company was good too. Not as responsive as Reno Home Buyers, but more than adequate. Payment was very fast and appreciated. I would use them again in a minute.

Overall it was a seamless experience, they offered a respectable bid while retaining enough proverbial meat on the bone to ensure that they could make their own profit. I would use them again. Close was fast and without issue. They were professional and even worked with my out of state realtor to ensure the Reno sale/closing was in alignment with my new home purchase out of state as we used the funds for a down payment.
