Overall it was a seamless experience, they offered a respectable bid while retaining enough proverbial meat on the bone to ensure that they could make their own profit. I would use them again. Close was fast and without issue. They were professional and even worked with my out of state realtor to ensure the Reno sale/closing was in alignment with my new home purchase out of state as we used the funds for a down payment.

We have all seen the signs “We buy houses” with a phone number, I always just assumed it was some pennies on the dollar scam of some kind.
